VALUES AND IDEALS

The life and activities of our GURUDEV ( The preceptor, our spiritual guide) are oriented with the values and ideals of Sri Sri Thakur Ramakrishnadev and Sri Gourangadev. The Substantial truth of every religion is same and MAHANAAM KIRTAN(Repeating great names of lord Krishna and Radha) must be the practice to reach,ideology purity and fulfillment and hence to be identified with the absolute truth.

IDEOLOGY AND ORIENTATION

All living beings are God. The true nature of every ‘Jiva’(living beings) is Eternal existence – knowledge-bliss( ‘ SACHCHIDANANDA’ ) . To realise it, Man has to attain ‘ Manushyatva’ (humanity) first. One has to acquire 5 virtues to achieve it. These 5 traits of “MANUSHYATVA” ARE “AHIMSA SATYAMASTYEYAM SHOUCHAM SAMYAMEBACHA” It means 1) Not to steal 2) Not to commit violence 3) to be truthful 4) to remain cleansed (both physically and mentally) 5. to restrain oneself. Thus, after attaining ‘MANUSHYATVA’ (humanity), one has to go for the supreme attainment, the highest realization that he is ‘SACHCHIDANANDA’ (Eternal existence-knowledge-bliss).

  • Don’t be a teacher,always be a student.

  • Pray disillusion in worldly concerns and devotion to God.

  • Devotion and belief are twin brothers ----one welcomes other.

  • The life of a monk ---like a white cloth; without proper care, stain will be there. 

  • A real monk does not want gold plate but God always meets his needs. 

  • People have many kinds of ‘business’,I have also a ‘business’ -----to make people devotee. 

  • Life is expansive , don’t limit it in your grip. 

  • Expansion is life,contraction is death. 

  • Be honest,pure,perfect and decent ----be honest by heart,otherwise nothing could be done.No noble task is done by trick. 

  • There is always Test in transition(spiritual path);it is hard to overcome without God’s Grace.

  • Well,God is not in temple or masjid or church, He lives within you-----search and realize. 

  • Just tolerate,keep your head in peril,distress will be removed.

  • Live like grass,elephant will tread on,you will have no harm.

  • Not money but heart assures hospitality to self or others.

  • You may be judge,advocate,barrister or doctor,any way,….but once you have to leave all things behind,---- then why will you not do good… ?! Cut a deep mark in your priceless life before leaving the material body.
